Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Blanc Co's residential cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Blanc Co

Blanc Co is a residential cleaning service operated by Blanc Co LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Oklahoma. We serve the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding cities including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Mustang, Yukon, Midwest City, and Bethany.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Cleanings may be booked online at blanccoclean.com, by phone or text at 405.661.0223, or by email at hello@blanccoclean.com. A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from Blanc Co AND a valid payment method is on file. Bookings without a payment method on file are not confirmed and may be reassigned without notice.

3. Pricing

Blanc Co uses flat rate pricing by bedroom count for all standard service tiers. Current published rates are:

Add on services (Deep Reset $50, inside oven $25, inside refrigerator $25, inside cabinets $35) are charged in addition to base service. Custom quotes for 4 to 5 BR recurring, post construction, and commercial work are quoted by phone.

Pricing Floor: Blanc Co does not quote below the published floor for any service tier. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

4. Promotions

BLANC15: 15% off the first cleaning for new clients only. Not stackable with other offers. Cannot be applied retroactively. Recurring rates begin at standard locked pricing on visit two regardless of first visit promo.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. A valid payment method must be on file before service is performed. You authorize Blanc Co to charge the card on file for the agreed service amount upon completion, approved add ons added during service, cancellation fees as outlined in Section 7, and damage or loss caused by access conditions outside Blanc Co's control. Receipts are emailed to the address on file. Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of service.

6. Recurring Service

Recurring plans are billed per visit at the discounted rate beginning visit two. The first visit is billed at the corresponding one time rate. Recurring service may be paused or cancelled at any time with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled visit. Reactivation after a 60+ day gap may require a Deep Clean refresh.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 5 PM the day before a scheduled clean are free of charge. Cancellations after that window or no shows on the day of service are subject to a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Reschedules with at least 24 hours notice are always free.

8. Access

You are responsible for ensuring our team can access your home at the scheduled time. If we arrive and cannot access the property (no key/code, locked out, no answer), the visit will be marked as a no show and the cancellation fee applies.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If any aspect of your cleaning does not meet the 49 Point Standard, contact Blanc Co within 24 hours of service completion. We will return within 48 hours and re clean the affected areas at no charge. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to damage caused by pre existing wear, stains that cannot be removed by industry standard products, items explicitly excluded from agreed scope, or complaints raised more than 24 hours after service.

10. Photo Documentation

Blanc Co contractors take before and after photos of work performed at every visit for quality control, training, and dispute resolution. By booking with Blanc Co, you consent to this documentation. Photos are stored privately and used only for internal purposes unless explicit written consent is granted for external use.

11. Damage and Loss

Blanc Co carries $1M general liability insurance through Next Insurance. Any accidental damage caused directly by Blanc Co contractors during service must be reported within 48 hours with photo documentation. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or compensated at fair market value. Blanc Co is not liable for damage to items improperly secured, pre existing damage, items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or loss of cash, jewelry, or valuables left in the open.

12. Pets

We welcome homes with pets. Please secure aggressive or anxious animals during the visit. Blanc Co reserves the right to leave a property without completing service (and charge the agreed amount) if pets create unsafe conditions for our team.

13. Tipping

Tips are appreciated but never expected. 100% of any tip is paid directly to the contractors who performed your service. Tips can be added through the booking platform, paid in cash, or sent via Venmo/Cash App when arranged.

14. Reviews and Feedback

After each service, you may receive a request to leave a review on Google or another public platform. Reviews are voluntary. Honest feedback is genuinely welcomed and reviewed by ownership weekly.

15. Non Solicitation of Contractors

By using Blanc Co, you agree not to directly hire, contract, or engage any Blanc Co contractor for cleaning services outside the Blanc Co platform for a period of 12 months following the contractor's last visit to your property. Violation may result in liquidated damages equal to two times the contractor's annualized revenue from your account.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blanc Co's total liability for any claim arising from service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Blanc Co is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution before initiating any legal action.

18. Changes to Terms

Blanc Co may update these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Active recurring clients will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days notice.
