The pay

You are paid per job, not per hour, which means speed and skill raise your effective rate. Cleaners who work our standard earn an effective $25 to $35 per hour, paid weekly, with your schedule built around your availability. Equipment kit provided and recouped gradually from early jobs, so you start without buying anything.

What the work looks like

Residential cleans across OKC, Edmond, Norman, Moore, and the surrounding metro. Standard cleans, deep cleans, and move outs. Every job comes with a clear checklist, an address brief, and a photo protocol, you always know exactly what done looks like before you start.

What we require

Reliable vehicle and a smartphone. Background check through Checkr, we cover the cost. A clean W-9. And the one thing we cannot train: you show up when you say you will. Reliability is the entire job.
