How much does a move in cleaning cost in Oklahoma City?

Move cleaning base rates are $349, $349, $399, $449 and $499 for home size bands 1 through 5. Oven, refrigerator and cabinet interiors are included. Use the larger home size required by bedroom count or square footage. One bathroom is included. Add $30 per additional full bathroom or $15 per additional half bathroom. Homes of 3,000 square feet or more, 6 or more bedrooms, or 4 or more bathrooms receive a custom quote.

What is included in a move in clean?

The agreed move cleaning scope covers deep cleaning detail, cabinet and appliance interiors, bathrooms, and floors. Confirm window tracks, finish requirements, and any other priorities in your quote.

Does the home need to be empty?

An empty home gives the best access. If boxes or movers will be present, tell us before booking so we can confirm the work and timing.

Can you clean between closing and move in day?

We can plan around the gap between closing and moving when a suitable time is available. Same day priority adds $50 if the booking can be accommodated.

What is the difference between move in and move out cleaning?

The depth is similar, with the scope agreed for the property. A move out clean prepares an empty home for handover; a move in clean prepares it before unpacking.

Are Blanc Co cleaners insured and background checked?

Blanc Co carries $1M general liability insurance through Next Insurance. Team background checks are handled through Checkr. Ask us for the current certificate of insurance.
