Use the larger home size required by bedroom count or square footage. One bathroom is included. Add $50 per additional full bathroom or $25 per additional half bathroom. Homes of 3,000 square feet or more, 6 or more bedrooms, or 4 or more bathrooms receive a custom quote. Same day priority adds $50 when available.

I do not live in Oklahoma. How do I know the work was done?
Before and after photos document the agreed cleaning work. We confirm who receives the photographs, the delivery method and the handoff timing when arranging service.
Can I pay for a property I do not live at?
Yes. Confirm the authorized payer, the resident or access contact, and who should receive arrival updates, photographs and receipts. We agree that communication plan before service.
What if the tenant or resident is not there to let you in?
Share the authorized entry method, such as a lockbox, code or key handoff, and an access contact. We confirm the plan before dispatch; tell us whenever an entry detail changes.
Do you handle turnovers between tenants?
Tenant turnover cleaning starts at $349. Cabinet and appliance interiors are included in the move cleaning scope, with the flat rate and any other detail work confirmed before booking.
Can you clean a vacant property with the utilities off?
Water and power must be on for the agreed vacant property cleaning. Tell us about any utility issue before the visit so we can confirm whether to reschedule.
How do I know the same people are going every time?
Recurring clients are paired with a dedicated team that learns the home, preferences, and routine. When a change is necessary, we provide notice whenever possible.
