Use the larger home size required by bedroom count or square footage. One bathroom is included. Add $30 per additional full bathroom or $15 per additional half bathroom. Homes of 3,000 square feet or more, 6 or more bedrooms, or 4 or more bathrooms receive a custom quote. Same day priority adds $50 when available.

I do not live in Oklahoma. How do I know the work was done?
Every visit is photographed before and after, room by room, and the set is sent to you the same day. You get the walkthrough you would have taken yourself. That is standard on every job, not an upgrade.
Can I pay for a property I do not live at?
Yes. We handle third party billing routinely. The card holder gets the receipt by text or email, and all arrival contact goes to whoever is actually at the property, never to you unless you want it.
What if the tenant or resident is not there to let you in?
Tell us the entry method once and it lives on the job record. Lockbox, code, key handoff, or a neighbor. We confirm access before a crew is dispatched, never on arrival.
Do you handle turnovers between tenants?
Tenant turnover cleaning starts at $349. Cabinet and appliance interiors are included in the move cleaning scope, with the flat rate and any other detail work confirmed before booking.
Can you clean a vacant property with the utilities off?
No, and we ask before every vacant job. Water and power both need to be on. We would rather reschedule than send a crew to a house they cannot clean.
How do I know the same people are going every time?
Recurring clients are paired with a dedicated team that learns the home, preferences, and routine. When a change is necessary, we provide notice whenever possible.
