That is a move out clean, flat rate by bedroom count starting at $319. Inside cabinets, inside appliances, baseboards, blinds and window interiors included, photographed for your records so you have proof of condition.
Can you clean a vacant property with the utilities off?+
No, and we ask before every vacant job. Water and power both need to be on. We would rather reschedule than send a crew to a house they cannot clean.
How do I know the same people are going every time?+
Same crew every visit on recurring service. You will know the names and so will we. If that ever changes you hear it from me first.
