Oklahoma City1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you request a quote, book a cleaning, communicate with us via SMS, email, or phone, submit payment information through BookingKoala or Stripe, or leave a review on Google or other public platforms.
This may include contact information (name, phone, email, service address), service details (home size, scope, scheduling preferences), payment information (processed and stored by Stripe, never by Blanc Co directly), and communications records.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit blanccoclean.com, we automatically collect technical information through standard analytics tools including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, and anonymous identifiers via Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and HighLevel website tracking. This information is used solely to improve site performance and understand how visitors find us.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information we collect is used to provide quotes and schedule cleanings, process payments and issue receipts, communicate about appointments and follow ups, request reviews and feedback after service, maintain records for tax and insurance purposes, and improve our services and marketing effectiveness.
4. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS communications, Blanc Co may send the message types described in your consent, such as quote responses, booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and follow ups. Marketing messages require the applicable consent; providing a phone number alone does not establish consent to every message type. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. After opting out of SMS, contact us by phone or email for service updates. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile opt in information and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
5. Information Sharing
Blanc Co does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with cleaning contractors assigned to your job (bound by confidentiality and non solicitation agreements), service providers that support our operations (BookingKoala, HighLevel, Stripe, Google, Meta, and Microsoft Clarity), and as required by law.
6. Data Storage and Security
Customer information is stored in industry standard cloud platforms protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Payment card information is never stored on Blanc Co systems directly. It is tokenized through Stripe's PCI compliant infrastructure. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You may at any time request a copy of personal information we hold, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), opt out of marketing communications, and withdraw consent for SMS by replying STOP. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Cookies
blanccoclean.com uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure analytics, and support advertising attribution. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.

Blanc Co does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are intended for property owners, renters, and authorized adults arranging cleaning service.
