This is a cleaning service. Cleaning preferences, access, scheduling, and communication are confirmed with the authorized client.

Choose weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Your agreed recurring rate stays locked for the life of your active service.

Your first visit, clearly priced.

Your first clean uses the standard rate when your home is ready for maintenance, or the deep rate when detail work is needed. Recurring pricing begins on visit two. We confirm both prices before booking.

Use the larger home size required by bedroom count or square footage. One bathroom is included. Add $30 per additional full bathroom or $15 per additional half bathroom.

Homes of 3,000 square feet or more, 6 or more bedrooms, or 4 or more bathrooms receive a custom quote. Every 4 weeks means a 28 day interval. Existing accepted quotes and active recurring rate commitments are preserved.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows carry a $50 fee. Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice for no fee. Contact us to skip or pause recurring service. We confirm schedule and rate arrangements when a paused service resumes.

Blanc Co carries $1M general liability insurance through Next Insurance. Team background checks are handled through Checkr. Ask us for the current certificate of insurance.

Can I pay while my parent lives there?

Yes, and we do it often. The receipt comes to you, the arrival texts go to them, and I keep both of you informed to whatever degree you want.

What if my parent needs things done differently?

Tell us once and it lives on the job record. Skipped rooms, a preferred time, a dead doorbell that means knock and text instead. Small things matter more in a home someone has lived in for decades.
