Kitchen interiors and fixtures

The agreed move cleaning scope includes oven, refrigerator, cabinet and drawer interiors. Confirm the range hood and any other requested detail before booking. Cleaning behind appliances requires safe access arranged in advance; moving appliances is not assumed to be included.

Bathrooms

Grout, the toilet base and hinges, fixture descaling, the exhaust vent face, and the corners behind the toilet. Hard water buildup on glass and chrome reads as neglect even when everything else shines.

The whole home pass

Review baseboards, accessible blinds, switch plates, door frames, cobwebs, floors and wall spot cleaning against the agreed scope and your property manager’s checklist. Confirm access and delicate finishes before service. Arrange any repairs or painting separately.

Document everything

Photograph each room after the clean and document pre existing damage separately. Our before and after cleaning photographs give you a record of the work. Keep them alongside the lease, inspection checklist, and any communication with the property manager.

Cleaning cost and deposit decisions

Move out cleaning starts at $349, with the price confirmed for the property and agreed scope. Cabinet and appliance interiors are included. Your landlord or property manager decides deposit returns based on the lease and condition; cleaning does not guarantee a refund.

If you have a move out or inspection deadline near OU, share the date when requesting a quote. Same day priority is subject to actual team availability and adds $50 when confirmed.
